With temperatures sitting around zero and a few light snow showers it felt as if winter had returned this morning. The unseasonal conditions were soon forgotten, though, when Alun Williams landed an outstanding fish of 24lbs mid morning - caught on the fly on Pitlochry bank. Not long after Ally Gowans followed up with a very nice fish of 10lbs - again on the fly and this time from Port-na-Craig bank. Great fishing for this time of year - and should be more to come this week.
