Fishing Well … But Cold!

Winter returned to the Dam today with light snow flurries and a biting blustery wind. Despite the difficult conditions the rods persevered and with two fish caught the hard work paid off. Dave Stewart was the successful angler with fish of 14lbs and 10lbs on the fly from Port-na-Craig bank this morning in the worst of the weather – good effort. The wind now looks to be dying down and hopefully fishing conditions will be more favourable for the rest of the week. Should be more to come.
