River Tummel ends 2012 on a high!

Recent rain and higher temperatures raised the Tummel to nearly 3m on the SEPA gauge today so ending the year on something of a high on the last day of the year! Hopefully this water will encourage a few springers upstream for opening day on January 15th and the water will be a little lower then.
