On Lower Tummel today William Goodwin had an excellent day. Fearing the worst with possibly water too high for the beat, on arriving he spotted fish running through which gave encouragement. He proceeded to catch two 12lb fish in Killiehangie Pool and a beautiful 14lb fish at the tail of Green Bank. All fish caught on a (Willie Gunn).Well done Sir. Innes Smith reported two fish of 4lb & 5lb from Sawmill on a (Flamethrower). These fish are the smallest reported this season (Maybe grilse). Ally Gowans kept the turnover at the dam with a 12lb fish this morning. Fish reported on all beats of the Tummel today. Late return tonight an 11lb fish for Jimmy Ross on Portnacraig .
