The river went up 6 inches overnight but was still at an excellent fishing height this morning and conditions looked promising. We had to wait until the afternoon, though, before a fish was caught and once again it was Massimo Castelvecchi who continued his excellent run of success with a 12lber from Pitlochry bank – nicely done. There should be more this week.
