The river was at a good height this morning and as always hopes were high at the start of a new week. We had to wait until late morning, though, before a fish eventually came to the net: Iain McLaren was the successful angler with a lively fish of 13lbs on the fly from Pitlochry bank. Still good numbers of fish showing in the beat - and hopefully a few more to come this week.
