A small rise in the river level seemed to liven things up today and with two fish caught it was an excellent end to the week: John Muir was first into action with a sea-liced fish of 11lbs caught on Pitlochry bank this morning; and Neill Sproull followed up in the afternoon with a fish of 9lbs again on Pitlochry bank - both were caught on the fly. That took us to a total of 27 for the month - pretty good - and hopefully May will see more of the same.
