It's been a frustrating week on our Dam beat - lots of fresh fish showing.....but proving hard to catch. Things took a turn for the better today - the fish seemed to be in the mood - at last - and with three caught it was a welcome return to form: Graham Fyfe was first into action catching a 9lb fish on his third cast on Port-na-Craig bank this morning; Michael Ross followed up just after changeover with a lively fish of 12lbs on Pitlochry bank; and Gordon Nichol rounded things off nicely with a fish of 7lbs on Pitlochry bank - all were caught on the fly. With lots of fish about prospects look excellent for the weekend - surely more to come.
