Conditions looked good at the dam today - the river having dropped back to an ideal height over the last few days - and with a few rods out there was definitely room for optimism. Success came in the afternoon on Pitlochry bank when Alistair Hamilton landed a superb fish estimated at 24lbs on the fly - well done. Prospects look excellent for next week.
