Very few anglers have been out in the last few weeks but visiting angler Kevin Smith showed that it's still worth a cast - catching fish at 7 and 8lbs from Pitlochry bank and one of 7lbs from Port-na-Craig bank on Monday - two on the fly and one the spinner. Kevin followed this up with a fish of 12lbs from Pitlochry bank on Tuesday - again on the fly. Rain is forecast over the next few days and this could freshen things up a bit - there might be a few more to come before the end of the season.
