The counter in the salmon ladder at Pitlochry Dam just above our Dam (Portnacraig Pitlochry) Beat now shows 0002 (at 1115 pm on April 20). These two salmon went past the counter today. It is good that the water has warmed enough for salmon to be able to move from the river below the dam into and up the ladder.
