Yesterday Roy Maddox started his second days fishing at the Dam beat having drawn a blank the previous day. The day started badly when Roy lost a fish estimated around 10lb early in the morning. Roy must have thought that his chance had past but late morning on Pitlochry bank Roy connected with another fish that turned out to be about the 20lb mark. Late afternoon on Portnacraig bank Roy was in again at the green bank this time with a fish about 15lb. Both fish were caught on Flying C with hair attached ( Bucktails ) JK
