Slightly better conditions at the dam today produced two fish for Neil Maclellan on pitlochry bank. The fish were estimated about 13lb and 10lb. Both were caught on the " dreaded " cascade. Neils shrimp flies have a scent to them as he stores his patterns in an unlined tobacco tin. Neil says this is a modern concept, and he may be right---- shrimps do have curly tails --- dont they?. Another success came the way of Andy Walker on sawmill with a fresh 7lb fish this morning. The fish are running hard through the ladder, so lets hope the rain comes to give us a lift in water JK
