Today on the river everything was quiet compared to the activity of the last week. No catches have been reported today up till now. Maybe the salmon know something we dont, are they ready to run the ladder. The temperature of the water is rising sharply just now, we wait and see. Late news yesterday of two more fish caught on Sawmill--A Walker one at 10lb and a rather larger salmon estimated around 28lb with the measurements taken for A Gowans
