The river was up today but it wasn't too long before it coloured up with the rain having come after a prolonged dry spell. Martin Wilson was in the right place to take advantage of the conditions early on, though, with a nice fish of 9lbs and another lost on the fly on Port-na-Craig bank this morning. Shouldn't be too long before the river clears again - could be more to come before the end of the week.
