With a rise of water over the weekend there was room for
optimism this morning. Jim Lapsley was able to take advantage with a fish of
10lbs caught on the spinner first thing this morning from Pitlochry bank.
Despite good numbers of fish showing throughout the beat this turned out to be
the only fish of the day. Looking good for tomorrow, though, when the water
should have cleared further.
