Very nice conditions on the river this morning – a hint of
spring in the sun and the water at an ideal height. It was a slow morning,
though, with little showing but in the afternoon Jim Fisher broke the deadlock
with a 14lb bar of silver from Pitlochry bank on the fly. Prospects remain good
for the rest of the week – hopefully a few more to come.
