The river dropped off to a good height over the weekend and with two fish caught at the Dam it was an excellent start to the week: first into action was visiting angler Matti Rautio who landed his first ever Scottish salmon this morning on Port-na-Craig bank on the fly - well done - and hopefully more to come; while Callum Imray had a fish of around 9lbs from Pitlochry bank on the spinner this morning. Further downstream at Sawmill Iain McLaren was successful (again!) with a 9lb fish on the spinner.
