With an overnight rise in water levels and few fish showing the river had a quiet feel about it this morning - it looked as if the good run at the dam was coming to an end. Steve Watt persevered, though, and was rewarded with a 12lb bar of silver on the fly from Pitlochry bank. That looked to be it but late in the afternoon Kenny Horne swung into action landing a superb fish of 18lbs on the spinner on Port-na-Craig bank - well done. Let's hope the good fishing continues.
