There was quite a bit of action below the dam on Saturday, but mainly salmon hooked and lost, only one was landed - a fish of about 13 lb on the Pitlochry bank caught by Paul Chappell of Motherwell on a small red Francis fly. Another nice salmon, again on fly, was also caught on Saturday on the Club members' Sawmill Beat by Gordon Hanslip - a fish of about 12 lb.
