After a cold start on Saturday morning, the temperature began to lift around 10am. The first fish was caught shortly after on Pitlochry bank at the burn mouth. This was another success for Alan Greene, the fish was around 10lb. Alan also went on to take another fish about 14lb early in the afternoon. Both fish were caught on a (tummel monkey). Gary Weir also had great success late morning on Portnacraig bank with a lovely 12lb fish on a (willie gunn tube ). The Tummel has produced good catches in the last week. JK
