The Tummel has risen in the last couple of days wich may encourage more fish to run the system. Yesterday the Tummel had risen to almost two feet above summer level with a fair bit of colour in it. Late afternoon I caught a lovely fresh fish about 12lb on Sawmill. Today at the dam as the river cleared and began to drop Steve Watt caught a fresh fish of 12lb and lost another in the afternoon. Plenty of fresh fish still showing in the beats. Late report for yesterday a 7lb fish for John Tomlin at the dam. JK

TUMMEL RISES
